Cynthia Blakeley, PhD

Journalism

Before my return to teaching in 2015, I worked for ten years as a business magazine copyeditor and writer. I also advised on and proofed layout and design. Initially operating outside my comfort zone, I learned a lot about the business world, business education, and desktop publishing. My journalism work led to ongoing editing collaborations with faculty both at Emory and across the country.
